Shipping Policy

  • What shipping methods are available?
    Within India we primarily ship via Blue Dart & local couriers. These local couriers include Shree Anjani Services, Shree Maruti Services and Delhivery couriers. Internationally we ship via FedEx & DHL.
  • Does Epitome Pens ship internationally?
    Epitome Pens ships all of our products worldwide with some of the most reputed shipping companies like FedEx & DHL. International Shipping depending upon the location of your country will cost extra with the product purchased. International shipping durations vary country by country.
  • What if I gave you an incorrect shipping address?
    Please email us at immediately if you realize that you gave us the wrong shipping address — if it hasn't shipped yet, we should be able to correct it before it goes out the door. If your order ships and ends up being returned to us, then you are responsible for paying the cost of shipping again to resend it to you. If you decide to cancel your order instead, we'll refund you for the products less the original shipping charges. We'll reach out to you to coordinate your options before re-shipping. In these cases, our Return Policy is applied. If your order ships to an incorrect address and is not retrievable, unfortunately we are not responsible and cannot offer reimbursement.
  • When will my order arrive?
    *These estimates begin once the order has been shipped from our warehouse, typically 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. Blue Dart Standard Overnight orders are shipped same business day if we receive your order by 10am Indian Time. Blue Dart Standard: Usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Please note that unexpected delays can be occured. Blue Dart Priority Express: Usually takes 1-3 business days to arrive, but at this time all couriers are experiencing widespread delays and tracking inconsistencies that are resulting in unpredictable timelines. Some packages could encounter delays up to two weeks. Blue Dart Standard Overnight: Arrives next business day after we ship it, by 3pm your time. Please note that we do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery for FedEx packages. Local Couriers 2 Day: Arrives in two business days after we ship it, by 4:30pm your time. For example, if you order by Monday morning, it will arrive to you on Wednesday afternoon; if you order by Thursday morning, it will arrive to you on Monday afternoon. Please note that we do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery for local packages.
  • What do I need to include in my return package shipment?
    All returns need to have your Return ID number on the label that would be sent by us once the return request is approved. You can also include the original purchase invoice in the package. Additionally, you will need to return items to us in the condition they were received – all boxes, inserts, and included unused extras (such as unused cartridges, converters, or ink for example) need to be returned. If the item is not in resellable new condition, we may deduct up to 10% from your refund. If your order came with ink cartridges and they are unused, please return those to us as well. We do not accept returns that have not been approved by the Customer Care team. Those packages will be returned to the sender unopened.
  • What resolutions do you offer for returns?
    We offer a refund to your original payment method or a store credit issued via a coupon code on all returns. Additionally, you will be offered the same item as a replacement for a defective return instead of a refund.
  • What is your return policy?
    You can submit your return request within 30 days of your order date. Simply submit a request to us personally on +91 8830737123 or email us at . If you are located in India, once your request is approved, you will be emailed a return label to print out and use to send your item(s) back to us. Please make sure that the return label is present on the items you return us. All returns are accepted at the discretion of the Epitome Pen Company. Any products found to be damaged outside of manufacturing defects will be returned back to the customer. Read and agree: By submitting a return, you agree that you have read our entire return policy.
  • When can I expect my refund after my return has been approved?
    If you requested a store credit, the gift card code will be emailed to you immediately. If you requested a refund back to your original payment method, it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to show up. Most of the time it happens within a few business days. Please contact us personally for any additional information on the refund process.
  • What items do you not accept as returns?
    We do not accept preference-based returns on the following types of items: items purchased using our coupon codes or on offers, used notebooks and inks, individual items from package sets or coupon codes. We also cannot accept returns on any items after 30 days from the original purchase date.
